Now OpenAI has recently introduced GPTBot which is a web crawler to read and extract most recent data.

By unveiling the GPTBot company is claiming to provide more enhanced and filled up with updated researched answers to any query.

As per OpenAI, the GPTBot follows robots.txt file command that means though it will gather the data from public sources, but a website owner can implement “disallow” function for GPTBot to its robos.txt or root file mentioning to what to not crawl. In this way a website owner can grant the instruction to this web crawler to which portion of the content is not to crawl.
GPT-5 Trademark and Patent
ChatGPT itself was a revolution in the AI-Powered language models when it was in the beta phase that is GPT-3.5. After that ChatGPT-4 was introduced which broke all the boundaries of getting a successful AI-model.
Now OpenAI’s CEO Sam Altman is doing all the legal formalities to get the Trademark and Patent of GPT-5 on June 18, 2023 to USPTO. That means it is already prepared and in the testing phase.
